IVIE

With first approaches of spring & (do I dare to say so) summer on the way, I happen to find myself combing shops after shops for some appropriate summer gear.

Next to the usual sunglasses-bikini-tunic hunt, I stumbled upon IVIE Jewelry a few weeks ago – freshly introduced by this month’s InStyle Türkiye issue.

Young, fun and with a bright twist, Ivie Jewelry (founded by the Istanbul-based Austrian duo Katharina and Miriam) stands for beautiful, unique bracelets, which made me instantly want to throw over a breezy summer dress and stack a combo of the laid out bracelets in front of me up my right arm.

Red & hibiscus for Mallorca? Beige & palm tress for the office? Or classic black & crab for a fun night out in Ibiza? Whatever I tried on appeared as a good reason to extend my imaginary wish list.

Debuting with “Tropical Summer”, Ivie Jewlery’s bracelets celebrate a summer with a colourful statement, which complements one’s look day to night without appearing overloaded or too try-hard.

In fact, it’s all about mixing and matching the Ivie pieces, which are made in Istanbul and mainly consist of Python. I guess I don’t need to say more than mentioning “python” to underline my excitement when I started trying on the different bracelets, which are adorned with semi precious stones and golden plated motifs.

Personally speaking, I found great love for the crab and palm trees – probably because they appear most fitting for my upcoming destinations… .

I’m definitely sold by the light-hearted glam these pieces speak for and can’t wait to come to Istanbul to get my hands on (and adorned by) Ivie Jewelry bracelets.

Congrats, my dear Katharina and Miriam for such a beautiful and young first collection!
