Busy leisure life

Who doesn’t know the feeling of being busy and still no single appointment of this busy life is related to serious stuff like work or uni?

Well, you can call it work to some extent but I’ve been pretty much busy the past days figuring out different things with finding a new place to live and start packing up all of my lovely things (which seemed to have doubled since last year).

I still can’t believe that I was that lucky to find such a nice new place when opening one of the numerous real estate agency pages online & typing all the different points of my search in.

It’s partially done for now & I can finally concentrate on looking forward to seeing my parents again in a few hours (although I wouldn’t mind staying a little more now that I can “live” again instead of solely existing for uni) and enjoying the easier life for a moment. :)

And talking about that new place: Finding the “right” one in London (wait, what actually is “right”?! And it obviously doesn’t only count for London) can be daunting, stressful, time consuming and simply freaking out at times.

I often thought about dedicating a whole blog post to this subject as too many people don’t have an idea of how the clock ticks over here (just like me before experiencing it myself) and what a dangerous trap this whole housing issue can become; other than in Vienna, Cologne or somewhere “more civilized” in terms of housing, London seems an intriguing pavement with way too lose laws and way too much rough, insane landlords and rather strange agencies.

Lucky me; I really do hope that everything goes well this time & that I’m relatively (!) carefree concerning this topic after doing the last few remaining steps. :)

For this day packed with meeting up with the agent, viewing the place for another time and traveling half London to collect different documents, I decided to keep it simple &  a little more classy.

There’s never something wrong with blue jeans and a stripy shirt paired up with some pearls and my leo obsession.
