London Fashion Week, Day 2

Where to start with that day? First thing I need to say straight at the beginning of this post: This was one of the coolest days I had in a long time.
It all started off in the morning with my newly bought dress and the question what to combine to it. Unique and purely wild (for my personal styling preferences), it perfectly mixes up the next season’s definite trends: Fluo, mixed floral print and the slight note of elegance. Although I never tried such a look on myself before (as some might have noticed, I rather keep it calm and classy), I must admit that I absolutely enjoyed playing with this new way of styling myself. Somehow this dress reminded me a lot of a typical Anna Dello Russo look.
The loud tones of the dress perfectly matching my latest Zara goody are reinforced by the rather simple, black jacket and accessory details. I thought that my leather jacket could be a cool contrast to the dress and enhanced by the old, beloved fur jacket (oh man, you little thing help me out every time I’m dress-panicking).
Again, I met the craziest people around and just got overwhelmed by the atmosphere. It seems as if motivation streams up my veins (my metaphorical outbreak of the morning) every time I get the chance to find myself in a place like Fashion Week or just surrounded by people craving for similar goals in the same industry. The arrogance of some very important (please take this as cynical as possible) fashion personalities (and some day I will write about this ridiculous behaviour) just got overturned by the kindness the other side of the publicity over there and so I got the chance to pose for some really really cool people.
I will publish a separate feature of the various streetstyles I spotted the upcoming days. For now I leave you with these impressions and head to my last day at LFW for this season.
