London Fashion Week, Day 3

Whenever you think you’ve reached the maximum of happiness a day can give you, you will be surprised what the next one offers. At least this was yesterday’s case, when I was once again dancing around at Somerset House and just couldn’t believe how many cool people can get together “just” for some days. Together with Elina from Imperfect Perfectionista and Gentiana from Stimulate It, we had a really good time. I bumped into Yvan whom I haven’t seen since Berlin Fashion Week 2 years ago and Gentiana got the chance to be photographed by The Facehunter himself. Besides from Yvan, we spotted Florence Welch from Florence and the Machine and someone who quite looked similar to Mrs. Westwood herself. I also got shot by Phil Goddard, a very nice photographer to whom I will dedicate a separate post the upcoming days, as well as I got photographed by Adam Katz Sinding for a second time.
As I already twittered yesterday evening, I realised that Diane Pernet was right behind the photographers who took pictures of me at that moment – and guess what! I just saw this when I started editing all the pictures on the camera last night. That’s what I call a typical fail. How could I not see her!?! Still pissing me off a little. (+ as I was stalking on Twitter, Mrs. Pernet is staying at my absolute favourite hotel here in London, the St. Martins Lane… I should maybe consider to go insane and book a table for tonight at the Asia De Cuba, which is located at St. Martins Lane).
I just don’t have any other words for this day than just saying that I totally enjoyed it. I’m blessed to live in such an amazing city and be surrounded by all these people, especially my personal photographer who never gives up on me no matter how grumpy and bitchy I am (sometimes huh ;)).
Yesterday, I thought about pulling some trousers after I was freezing off enough the day before in my splashy, catchy dress from Topshop. Therefore, I picked my trousers by Zara (and put on some tights beneath.. what a clever tactic) together with some rather low keyed items like my black fury friend and a simple black ensemble. I always had that vision of putting on my old Guess shoes to this trousers and so they once again had their big time at Fashion Week. The silky material of my leo trousers added that more elegant twist and meanwhile built a little contrast to the wild pattern. To reinforce that little ladylike twist, I took my hat by H&M, which I just wore once so far, and my beloved Vintage cat eyed shades.
