A birthday, a Mexican family and an all-white theme for a weekend-long party near Lake Garda – sounds like a (pretty amazing) plan.

Ever since this special invitation landed in our inbox, I was up and running to find something good-looking in white.

While white seems to some like the ultimate shade, the “colour” that summer dreams are made of, it gave me mini freak-outs for months on my hunt for something not-too-wedding-y, not-too-girly, not too dramatic, not too beachwear-styled, not too cheap-looking and yet something I can wear outside an all-white-party as well.

To cut a long story short, I found numerous nice options for various occasions on my way, which shall not be left unshared… just like the some of the pictures from this magical (and way too short) weekend.
