Saturday’s outfit before changing to a much warmer look.
The weather wasn’t as warm as I expected it to be (and since I didn’t know where the journey is going to end, I packed a lot of summer stuff (well that’s what you should do in July, right!?)), thus forced me to go back to the Hotel and safe myself from a cold (the last thing I need before returning to London today!).
For this stroll around, I chose my crochet playsuit and my favourite frock in this creamy shade. The perfect companion for such a wishy washy weather.
To bring this very pale outfit to life, I took this beautiful scarf I totally fell in love with and combined it to shoes, which turn 3 this year and never saw any grounds before.
Reason for this? I randomly bought them and didn’t really think about the fact that such a light pink tone is not as easy to combine as I thought it would be. The heel is not high enough for any evening occasion and after all I became much more attracted to closed heels than to any open toes.
However, with this summer’s overkill of open toe heels, I remembered that these sweeties are still standing there sadly waiting for the first time to be worn.
I think there couldn’t have been any better moment than introducing them to Parisian grounds :)
