Being back in London feels like returning to the north pole – at least it felt like this yesterday. I guess that’s what you call Karma. I’ve been just writing about how lovely and sweet London can be when the sun comes out (have a look at this post and this one “while the rest of Europe is freezing” #nicetry) and here we go with the bad side of it. The moment I get the chance to publish two posts with some more spring-summerish clothes, the moment I find myself in my parka and its fury details again.

Can’t change much about it I guess. Coming back to this post’s topic, there’s not much left to say than telling that I finally got to eat my crispy duck again. Plum Valley is a wonderful restaurant located quite at the end of Gerrard Street (which is the trail of Chinatown). With a wonderful interior design (I’m simply in love with dark shades, dimmed light and the cold contrast of grey stones) and some funky music, the ambience just triggered a satisfied mood in myself. Yeah, I know – for those of my readers who are not aware of the deliciousness of crispy ducks, this might look like the battle field of some war going on at half of the duck’s body. But let me tell you: There’s nothing better than eating this dish when you’re craving for something typically Asian. Together with some dim sums and simple but amazingly tasting main dishes, this day was fulfilled with a little visit to Snog.
