Vietnam Outfit Diary

Blurry selfies, mirror selfies, some Daddy made pics & again some random selfies; that’s how I would describe this post’s pictures.

I really tried to document what I’ve been wearing during this long period of time but I have to admit: Without the DSLR cam, which is currently in reparation and will return in 3 weeks or so (major anger next to the laptop one), I just can’t really offer a qualitative acceptable range of outfit posts.

Next to this, I also noticed that it didn’t really matter to me during these holidays.. I didn’t feel like dressing up besides from dinner times; after all I’ve been mostly wandering in dirty, dusty streets, taking pictures, being constantly in sauna climate conditions while playing the perfect tourist.

It’s not like I didn’t care what I was throwing on but it was more like “let’s put this T and those pants on and off we go” attitude that mostly accompanied me during this time.

It happens. Especially if you are in an environment, which is so different to what you’re used to.

Paired up with the fact that my dad still doesn’t tap on the iPhone correctly in order to get a clear picture (but he did great progress! Well done, Dad!) and my good old Fuji digital cam makes the weirdest and meanest pictures ever, I decided to only occasionally pull both of them out when it came to capture my looks.

I just couldn’t miss out on this part of the blog completely (also, it’s a little addictive thing – I’m not afraid to confess) and so gathered a little compilation of a few outfits which weren’t totally loosing themselves on the pictures.

I’m now back to the man who usually shoots me on every street and place I choose and promised to start the iPhone/digi cam test for the next weeks as a result of the DSLR’s absence. Wish him luck & calm moments …

Unusual sporty mood happened that evening; Shorts & Shoes by Zara, Top by COS.

I somehow liked that combination although I wasn’t sure at first. It’s not chic by any means but the best I was able to pull on the first evening in that tropical climate. As you can see: I really didn’t care about my paleness. ;)
