Emblems always add that noblesse to a piece or outfit (and with that I’m surely not thinking about these awful showy designs) yet set a certain conservative tone. Especially when it comes to loafers and blazers, emblems can make an incredible difference in their appearances.

As I always found it to be “just not the right time” to get this year’s favourite loafers out, I considered yesterday to be THE day.

Being slightly uncertain about how to put them in “right scene” I decided to finish the look with the typical classic Italian variant of a black and blue combination to “keep it in row” with these lovers. To break that little conservative look, I pulled my black pants from yesterday.

Quite frankly, I changed the outfit later on due to these hot summer conditions and will surely publish that much more leisure-look some other time (that blazer killed me after 2 hours).

For now, I present a rather preppy look that should bring out my favourite pairs of shoes for this season.
